manipur: No resolution adopted by the assembly will be bindi

Kuki bodies in Manipur on Sunday stated that no resolution adopted by the assembly will be binding in Kuki areas, while asking 10 MLAs from the community to refrain from attending assembly session on August 29, 2023.
