Mansfield hotel slated to open despite delay installing traffic light Wicked Local MANSFIELD – The new Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites will be allowed to open this month even though the traffic signal required for the project has been delayed. The hotel is part of Reservoir Landing, a Crugnale Properties project located near the Route 140 ramp and Interstate 495 directly across from the Xfinity Center. In approving a special permit for Reservoir Landing, the Planning Board required Crugnale Properties to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of South Main Street (Route 140) and Reservoir. The permit requires the light to be operational before the hotel can be issued an occupancy permit.
