ICM and Nunn Construction are the major companies involved in the project. Nunn Construction's specialty consists of schools, municipalities, health care, commercial and nonprofit faith-based projects. ICM is using pre-fabrication in the building. "That basically means that most of the steel ... created and installed on the project was created off-site and brought to the site," Lauren Gamba of Keeton PR said. "It's just a more efficient way to install steel." The existing building is 24,000 square feet. After a large addition, Including a new gymnasium, it will be almost 47,000 square feet. The existing gymnasium will be demolished, and there will be a new playground and entrance to the building. The renovation will include new Vo-Ag and sciences facilities. There will also be a new bus barn just south of the football/baseball field.
