Maple Gold Mines Ltd. (TSXV: MGM) (OTCQB: MGMLF) (FSE: M3G) (“Maple Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced 50-50 joint venture transaction (the “Transaction”) with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (“Agnico”), which combines Maple Gold’s Douay Project and Agnico’s Joutel Project into a consolidated land package of approximately 400 km² (the “JV”).
