Marathon Co. Humane Society looking for missing dog By Liz Holbrook Mar 10, 2021 2:36 PM WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The search is on for a dog who went missing after getting spayed. The Marathon County Humane Society is looking for a female black lab named Tux. Tux got loose on Tuesday morning after getting spayed at Paw Health Network in Kronenwetter. Tux is part of a group of dogs that were surrendered to the shelter from Bevent in December of 2020 with little to no human contact. Tux is wearing a blue inflatable recovery collar and is wearing a slip leash. She was most recently seen Wednesday morning around 7:45 a.m. on W Nelson Road near Happy Hollow.
