Updated 1/18/2021 6:49 PM The Marklund Philip Center in Bloomingdale became the first of the nonprofit's facilities to receive the coronavirus vaccine Thursday, Jan. 14. Tilly W. was among the first residents at the Marklund Philip Center in Bloomingdale to receive the COVID-19 vaccine Jan. 14. The Philip Center, with 21 residents, was the first of the Marklund sites to receive the vaccine. Other facilities are located in Elgin and Geneva.
