She said board meetings were meant to be held once a month, but there had been only one this year in March. “I don’t understand why basic constitution requirements are not being met. [The executive are] being paid for the position that they fill.” She said students were concerned and the feeling was growing. “It's always hard to get students to care about the constitution, but it really does have serious implications.” She said there was an option in the constitution to gather 30 students and call for a special general meeting to express a motion of no confidence in the president or executive.
