Wicked Local PLYMOUTH – Get ready to dig in during Local Eats Week. Residents and visitors will be able to get exclusive menu items and promotional meals, including special offers priced at $20.21, from participating restaurants, bakeries, breweries and wineries March 19 to 26. Formerly called Restaurant Week, the promotion put together by the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce lets foodies enjoy good eats while helping food establishments build sales during the winter season. Best of all, it’s free. Well, free to the food businesses that want to participate. It will still cost diners to get the deals. “They don’t have to be members either,” said Bob Nolet, director of operations at the Plymouth Area Chamber. “Any area food establishment can take part in Local Eats. This is a very difficult time of the year for these businesses, especially with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, so we want to include as many as we can.”
