PHOTO: MHHS Navy National Defense Cadet Corps students form a color guard line before this year’s annual veterans ceremony. On March 5, five cadets from the Navy National Defense Cadet Corps represented Mountain Home High School by taking the Navy National Academic Exam. The team, instructed by George “Bud” Zorman, placed 41st out of 144 schols in Area No. 8 and 75th out of 1,338 high schools across the nation. Team members include Cadet Commander Gabrielle Moreno, Cadet Lieutenant Levi Pennington, Cadet Petty Officer First Class Rayne Tilley, Cadet Petty Officer First Class Paige Street and Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Faithe Ann Hall.
