The incident occurred at a residence in the 9800 block of Appoline Street in Detroit at approximately 11:20 p.m. on April 14. Police say an argument between Feiler and the 25-year-old Detroit mother of the victim escalated leading to Feiler firing a rifle three times, striking the child on the left side of her back.
