Libraries reopen for browsing and borrowing

As part of the further easing of Covid-19 restrictions, libraries across the region have reopened for browsing and borrowing.
The Call & Collect service operated by the library staff during lockdown will also continue for those who wish to call or email, and collect a bag of books.
