Midwives slam DoH birthing rules order | The Manila Times

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga: At least 100 indignant private practicing midwives representing three groups nationwide have called on the Department of Health (DoH) to review Circular 2021-005 that prevents them from administering health care to pregnant women, fearing that maternal and neonatal deaths may increase in the country.
