A mixed commercial/residential development planned for a 26-acre parcel at the corner of Route 16 and Country Road is set to head to Milton Planning and Zoning Commission for preliminary site-plan review.
Milton Attainable Housing is a project that would include 240 residential units and five acres of commercial property. The residential units would be in 14 different buildings around the property, most of which would contain 12 to 24 units each. There will be 144 multifamily units throughout the complex. Plans also call for two fountains, a park, playground, pool, two dog runs and a pedestrian pathway. The property entrances and exits would be in the front from Route 16 and in the rear on Bay Avenue.
