MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Medical Examiner's Office was called to a deadly shooting in the area near 10th and Atkinson Thursday night, Jan. 28. According to police, the victim -- a 25-year-old man -- was sitting in a parked car with his girlfriend when a suspect approached and tried to rob them. Officials say the suspect fired into the vehicle and struck the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. Milwaukee police are seeking unknown suspects.
