PAUL, MN (KDAL) – Two Duluth Seaway Port Authority projects are among the four statewide developments receiving Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) grants. The Duluth projects are the repair and rebuilding of over a thousand feet of failing dock wall and the construction of a 112,500 square foot warehouse.
