Monadnock Ledger-Transcript Published: 6/23/2021 3:18:46 PM A Jaffrey woman was indicted on one count of arson for allegedly starting a fire inside a residence at 6 Adams Hill Road, the Greenville home where she was living on March 9. Kimberly Duthie was also indicted on three counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, as the indictment states that she allegedly started the fire in the residence knowing that the home was occupied. According to court documents, Duthie “knowingly started a fire inside” the residence, which was occupied by two individuals identified by their initials, J.D. and M.C. Duthie has a status conference and arraignment scheduled for Aug. 24. The trial is currently set to start in March 2022 in the Southern District of the Hillsborough Superior Court. Arson, as a class A felony, carries a penalty of 7 ½ to 15 years. Reckless conduct is a class B felony and carries 3 ½ to 7 years.
