Mongolia's Ambassador presents Certificate of Cultural Envoy

Today, August 16, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Thailand A. Tumur presented a Certificate of Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to S. Khaliun, who has been appointed as a Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to Thailand, and signed a contract of cooperation.
