Monkey Kidnapped & Killed Infant in Tamil Nadu
A newborn was sleeping on a mat at home in southern India when her mother claimed that a monkey scooped her up from the roof and carried her away

TAMIL NADU: In a tragic incident, a newborn baby died after a set of monkeys allegedly took her away in Thanjavur city of Tamil Nadu.
According to reports, a group of monkeys entered a house located in Mela Alangam (West Rampart) near Thanjavur Palace by removing the tiles of the roof of the house and barged in.
Further, monkeys entered the house and fled with the twin babies resting on a mat on the floor of the house who was born on February 6.
