The region is once again bracing for another round of snowstorms that could bring significant accumulation to the area. After receiving a few inches of snow Tuesday morning, Accuweather.com meteorologist Issac Longley said that another one to three inches of snow could come later today, with the worst of it coming in time for the evening commute.
Longley added that while some snow showers are expected overnight, it is not expected to be as bad as this evening’s commute time. The National Weather Service has scheduled a winter weather advisory for our area that will start at 4:00 PM today and run until 9:00 AM tomorrow. PennDOT District 10 representative Christina Gibbs says that PennDOT plow trucks have been out pre-treating the roads.
