KXLY April 18, 2021 8:43 PM Erin Robinson Updated: SPOKANE, Wash. — More than 18,000 homes were without power across the Inland Northwest Sunday night. High winds with gusts of up 50 mph hit the region around 8 p.m, knocking down power lines and power poles in some places. Avista Utilities reported about 8,000 customers were without power from the South Hill, all the way north to Sandpoint.
