The collision, which occurred at around 5pm on Sunday, May 2, took place near to the Jurassic Roundabout on the A354. Dorset Police say it involved a black Harley Davidson motorcycle, which was reportedly taking evasive action to avoid a collision with a grey Ford Mondeo as both vehicles travelled north toward Dorchester. There was no direct contact between the two vehicles. The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 30s, came off his bike and suffered an injury to his wrist.
