ALLIANCE – University of Mount Union has begun a 6,200-square-foot expansion to Oak Hall, which houses programs in the Department of Business and School of Engineering.
More than 550 students major in programs in the two schools. An additional 115 students currently pursue minors in a business-related field.
“We are in need of additional space to house our developing programs,” said Dr. Chad Korach, associate professor of mechanical engineering and director of the School of Engineering.
Mount Union received funding from Deuble Foundation, Hoover Foundation, Stark Community Foundation, Timken Foundation of Canton and Mount Union alumni and friends.
