A Memphis police officer was charged with two counts of vehicular homicide after police say he crashed his 2019 Dodge Charger into a Pontiac Bonneville, killing 19-year-old Travis Parham and 42-year-old Wallace Morris. On Sunday, according to the police narrative, off-duty officer Antonio Marshall was traveling at high rates of speed eastbound on Walnut Grove Road. Witnesses described Marshall's driving as reckless with no regard for the safety of others. As Marshall was speeding down Walnut Grove Road, police said a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville had come to a complete stop at a gas station near Timber Creek Drive as they were attempting to turn onto Walnut Grove. The Bonneville, which belonged to Parham, pulled onto Walnut Grove.
