Neil Somaiya, a young BJP corporator from
Mumbai has become the first elected representative from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to take part in the Covaxin trial.
Neil is the son of former BJP MP and leader Kirit Somaiya.
"Proud to be the First Municipal Councillor of Mumbai to take an active part in the ICMR regulated trial of COVAXIN," he said in a tweet.
