Mumbai Pollution: City air to get worse, of past 40 days AQI of 22 was recorded poor

In the past 40 days, between Nov 1 and Dec 10, Mumbai recorded as many as 22 days with the air quality index (AQI) being poor or worse. On four of these days (Dec 5, 6, 7 and 8), the AQI was in the ‘very poor’ category.
