Murder, mutilation charges filed in man’s death on former Navy ship in Port Huron Updated Dec 15, 2020; Facebook Share PORT HURON, MI -- Police have identified a suspect in the June homicide of a man found deceased aboard a former U.S. Navy ship docked in Port Huron. Port Huron police announced Tuesday, Dec. 15 that a felony warrant has been issued for a 43-year-old man investigators believe killed 44-year-old William M. Orlow. Officers with the Port Huron Police Department responded around 11:15 a.m. June 23 to the USNSCS Grayfox, 60 Griswold St., regarding a deceased person. Police found Orlow deceased on the ship, though he was not identified until July 1.
