The four-course meals, with wine pairings, offered the kinds of dishes you might expect at these local LM Restaurants -- Bluewater Grill, Oceanic Restaurant at the Crystal Pier and Hops Supply Co., but leveled up. The company's new culinary innovation director Chef Katsuji Tanabe has a varied culinary background and a long list of television cooking appearances to his credit.
