Here’s where you come in: As the National Director of World Vision Rwanda, you will lead, direct, develop, and manage the implementation of all aspects of World Vision's ministry in Rwanda while realizing the organizational Vision, Mission, and Core values. World Vision Rwanda was founded in 1994 with the key focus of relief and rehabilitation for the close to 3 million people that were displaced because of the genocide. Today, more than 300 staff in Rwanda currently work in 23 out of 30 Districts, supporting more than 1.5 million people –especially children–through 26 area development programmes.
