National Road No. 31 restoration project achieves almost 90%

As of May 28, 2024, the project to restore and upgrade the quality of National Road No. 31 has achieved 87.19% construction progress, and if there is no change, this project may be completed one year before the contract by ensuring the quality level according to high technical standards.
