National security law in HKSAR fully in line with "one country, two systems": HKSAR gov't official HONG KONG, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- Erick Tsang, secretary for constitutional and mainland affairs of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government, said on Friday that the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the HKSAR is fully in line with the principle of "one country, two systems." The national security law has improved the HKSAR's system of practicing national security under the Constitution and the HKSAR Basic Law, Tsang said at an online forum jointly organized by local think tank Savantas Policy Institute and Hong Kong Federation of Journalists.
