Gibbs was the only one who heard Randy Devereaux’s confession, but he’s been pulled off the witness list because the defence feels he’d jeopardize the case when the jury hears of his eternal suspension. Gibbs, of course, doesn’t care: he knows the jury will believe him and besides, he did what he did and it’s over and he isn’t going to apologize for anything and if you don’t know that then you haven’t been paying attention for half the season.
