NCR's 7-day average in new COVID-19 cases up 51% –OCT

The National Capital Region (NCR) averaged nearly 3,300 new COVID-19 cases over the past seven days, with some local government units (LGUs) experiencing rapid growth rates, the OCTA Research group reported on Monday.
