NCSU reaffirms stance on mandatory open tender system : vima

Kohima, December 16 (MExN): The Nagaland Contractors' & Suppliers' Union (NCSU) on December 16 reaffirmed its stand on mandatory open tender system and for awarding of contractual works only to NCSU’s Identity Card holders as per government standing order
