Nearly 100 thousand troops will guard elections in Ecuador :

Quito, Oct 13 (Prensa Latina) The Security Cabinet of Ecuador met today to analyze the police and military operation for Sunday's presidential elections, when some 100,000 troops will be deployed in the national territory.
