Nearly $322,000 raised during Mayo Clinic's Virtual Kettle Match for The Salvation Army

(ABC 6 News) - The Salvation Army and Mayo Clinic announced Thursday morning it raised $160,911.90 during Mayo Clinic's Virtual Kettle Match.
The matching event ran from December 19 to 20. Mayo Clinic vowed to match all donations given during that time with no max. Mayo Clinic's match bring's the overall total raised to nearly $322,000.
"There is tremendous need this year for the services provided by The Salvation Army," says Mayo Clinic President and CEO, Gianrico Farrugia, M.D. "We are so thankful to see this kind of generosity from the community."
“We are so grateful to Mayo Clinic for their continued support and for this exceptionally generous gift,” said Major Robert Mueller, Corps Officer of The Salvation Army.
