Negros lawmakers file bill for new power firm : vimarsana.co

BACOLOD CITY: Three lawmakers from Negros Occidental filed a bill to grant a franchise to Negros Electric and Power Corp. (NEPC) in a move that could change the way electricity reaches the end-users in the cities of Bacolod, Silay, Talisay and Bago, and the municipalities of Murcia and Don Salvador Benedicto.
