Some Greenville County neighbors will meet with their local representative and the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Thursday evening after a developer submitted a revised proposal for 130 townhome units.
The developer, MyNiche apartment group in Charlotte, originally submitted a plan to have 190 apartment and townhome units at the corner of Hudson and Pelham Roads. Sign up for our Newsletters
Wednesday, the company unveiled a revised plan to build 130 units that would strictly be townhome units and cap the height limit at two stories rather than the original three stories.
