Neil Morrissey has admitted that he'd happily return to Line Of Duty - even if it means having his character killed off once and for all.
Appearing on This Morning on Tuesday, the actor, who starred in seasons one to three of the BBC cop drama between 2012 and 2016, was asked if a return was on the cards, given that his character, Nigel Morton, is still alive.
'Yes, I am very much alive!' Neil, 58, declared. 'I keep telling [writer] Jed [Mercurio] to bring me back and shoot me in the face, that's what he does to all the stars.
