New BJMP spokesperson named : vimarsana.com

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) named Jail Chief Inspector Jayrex Joseph C. Bustinera as its new spokesperson.
He replaced Jail Supt. Xavier Solda who was assigned in Region IX for his first field assignment.
Bustinera, is a member of Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) C
