By WXTK News A new Cape Cod brewery is facing legal challenges. The Enterprise reports an attorney representing several neighbors has filed complaints with the state Office of Public Safety and Inspection as well as the Town of Sandwich Conservation Commission claiming a building permit should not have been granted to Tree House Brewing. The proposed business is within walking distance of Town Neck Beach. The attorney argues the brewery is in a flood zone and a protected coastal wetland area.
