El Paso artist Tino Ortega's 3D balloon murals are easily recognizable around the city, having become popular spots for selfies and other photos. Ortega unveiled his latest mural, "Chuco," on Saturday afternoon at the Chuco Relic T-shirt and souvenir shop at 3750 Gateway Blvd. East in South-Central El Paso with the zoot suit enthusiast group Chuco Pachucos in attendance, along with their lowrider cars. "Tino and I have had a great relationship," said Chelsie Evaldi, owner of Chuco Relic. "When he started doing the balloon murals around town, we had talked about teaming up and getting something here at Chuco Relic."
