New Eco-Friendly Thermoelectric Material Can Resist Temperat

A thermoelectric metal oxide film with a thermoelectric figure of merit of approximately 0.55 at 600 °C has been uncovered. This sets the stage for new avenues for extensive use of thermoelectric converters.
