Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will commission INS Jatayu, a new base in Minicoy, which will be a major military hub operating fighter aircraft. The ceremony will raise a squadron of MH 60R 'Romeo' Naval helicopters. The commissioning ceremony of INS Jatayu in Minicoy will be graced by the presence of two aircraft carriers from the Indian Navy.
