Andrew Cuomo's administration visited one of the vaccine centers at the Mount Kisco Senior Center. The Mulberry House Senior Center in Middletown also opened a pop-up vaccine center. Another site opened at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center on Friday. Appointments at these three locations have already been filled.
