WELLINGTON, July 23 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand reported 19 new cases of COVID-19 in managed isolation and no cases in the community on Friday.
All of the 19 cases are mariners in managed isolation and quarantine facilities in Christchurch, Lyttleton Port and South Port, according to the Ministry of Health.
Two previously reported cases have now recovered. The number of active cases in New Zealand is 80, and the total number of confirmed cases is 2,499, said a ministry statement.
