Newark College sets down building blocks to future success | Updated: 12:23, 24 February 2021 New courses developed to meet the needs of local employers and learners are to be offered at Newark College through the development of a training centre. Disused buildings on the collegeâs Friary Road campus are being repurposed to create the new plumbing training and gas assessment centre. In addition, the college is expanding the bricklaying provision, developing a joinery degree level qualification and working to deliver a stonemasonry apprenticeship.
