According to the New Albany School District, the lockdowns lasted for approximately 20 minutes while police officers investigated an area near the middle school. NAMS & NAHS were both placed on soft lockdown for about 20 minutes while police were investigating a call that involved an area near NAMS. No one was ever in danger and all lockdowns have now been lifted.
