No signs of foul play in death of toddler found in stormwater culvert: coroner Updated Apr 07, 2021; The death of a 2-year-old boy who was found in a York County stormwater culvert appears consistent with drowning, but the county coroner is holding off on declaring a cause of death. The coroner’s office, citing police, said Kamdyn Torres “wandered off” from his North York home early Sunday evening. The coroner’s office said the family “quickly noticed” the boy’s absence and reported him missing. Officers were called to the boy’s home in the 1300 block of North Duke Street at 6:30 p.m. when Torres was last seen 15 minutes prior, police said.
