The Board of the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology has announced the appointment of 4 professors at EPFL.

Professor Pascal Frossard, currently Associate Professor at EPFL,was named as Full Professor of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in the School of Engineering (STI)
Pascal Frossard is an internationally recognized expert in signal and image processing. He is particularly interested in applying this expertise to intelligent systems and biomedicine. Through his appointment, EPFL is strengthening its strategic research areas. Pascal Frossard’s innovative research also combines different disciplines in the natural and engineering sciences and facilitates essential academic and industrial partnerships.
