McCants is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police and the US Marshals Service for the charge of Homicide. McCants, 21, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 175 pounds. McCants’ last known address is near the 3500 block of East 105th Street, Cleveland.
